The Chicago Anti-Eviction Campaign local organizing efforts to stop all economically-motivated evictions has been making headlines. After delivering a 6-foot, 5-day eviction notice to Cook County’s sheriff, the Campaign experienced a partial victory – a moratorium on foreclosure evictions.
