On January 20th, 2011, the Campaign to Restore National Housing Rights held a nationwide teleconference with over 25 attending organizational representatives in attendance from Hawaii to Maine. The presentation, entitled "HUD's Violations of Our Human Rights: Public Housing and the Rental Housing Revitalization Act" (RHRA), provided a brief overview and history of RHRA and past privatization efforts targeting our public housing stock and analyzed RHRA's major human rights violations and ongoing myths.  Most importantly, the presentation galvanized a new collective effort to fight for national housing rights in 2011.
